Yes since my operation I am picking up bugs really easily. I am taking like you vitamins and also probiotics but my immune system is taking a little while to build back up.

Hi!Well I am no doctor by endo causes chronic bowel inflamation that likely compromise the gut flora, which is related to the immune response. I eat probiotics everday and I usually get only minor colds.

You could try. Be aware that are many different 'populations' so you might experience gas or constipation or diarrea depending on which one is less compatible with your own flora. So you may need to be patient and try some different ones. Bit you may also have no issue and you will see that you will also digest better and feel more energetic.

I hope it helps :)

Yes although I'm noticing q lot of healthy friends are also picking up a lot right now. Sometimes I miss masks and sanitiser and should probably go back to being strict with myself in that way. I worked in hospitals in 2020 and it was the healthiest I've ever been!

I notice a lot of replied talk about gut health but personally when I eat fibre I get obstructions (I think bowel endo is narrowing things) and fermented foods are a migraine trigger. I try to get more fruit and veg through smoothies and soups and boiled veg.

Hi, if your periods are heavy, then it is worth asking your GP to check for anaemia. I was picking up a lot of coughs, colds etc. After finding out I was anaemic and started taking iron, I have not had any of these illnesses.

I had tonsillitis throughout my teens and early 20s. They took them out at 22 and it changed my health. I still pick up everything and I do try to look after my gut flora. Good luck x
