B12 sub lingual brand and dosage for my daughter
Hello, My daughter is due to get her IFAB result next week and should start injections then too. In the meantime I would like to try out high dose sub-lingual B12 - would 5000mcg once a day be worth trying? Or more? Or less? We don't know what she can absorb and we were talking aobut her diet today

Hi Lemon00 In reference to your migraine l found 400mg Vitamin B2 daily was a game changer for me. My migraines disappeared, I do still suffer from temple pain occasionally. l believe most of your symptoms are related to the AN. It is hard to get the medical profession to except all the symptoms

Chronic PA
I was diagnosed with chronic PA in January 2018. Had to go on disability because I have short term memory loss. I was taking a nasal spray which really helped but unfortunately My doctor moved an hour away and my new doctor was in total denial about PA and he stopped seeing patients about a year ago

bioavailable broad spectrum multi vit?
Multivits - I know, I know, I don’t use them myself, but my partner likes them and his cheap supply from H&B has run out. If he’s going to take them it would be better if he found a decent one . Vitamin B1 overdose: typical symptoms and for how long?
Hi, I have just started on vitamin B1 therapy (sublingual) and I think I have had a case of overdoes . From folks who have tried the therapy first hand, would like to know what are the typical symptoms of overdoes they have seen and for how long they last after you have discontinued B1?

Is this classed as low folate?
I'm a little confused about my blood test results. I'm not sure if I am posting in the right group! MCH and MCHC were slightly high which can indicate macrolytic anaemia. GP said I don't have that because my B12 and folate levels are fine (which are the usual causes). However, I posted the results

Please will you guide me, I'm new to this?
About 4 weeks ago, having felt increasingly tired for some time, I suddenly realised I had many of the symptoms of B12 deficiency. I contacted my GP surgery and asked if I could be tested. The surgery responded that the GP wanted a face to face appointment before testing and that would be in 2 weeks

Advice needed - T3 levels
I was diagnosed with sub-clinical underactive thyroid in 2016. My test results were TSH 7.91 (0.27 - 4.2); T4 12.2 (12 - 22); T3 4.4 (3.1 - 6.8) I was started on 25 mcg Levo, which over the years has been titrated up to 112 mcg. I’ve been monitoring levels via private blood tests every 3-6 months
