So tired all the time

Hi everyone I had a hip replacement end of April and a nasty chest infection about 5weeks ago.I had 2 courses of antibiotics and it improved,

I had a chest X-ray and a sputum test and they were negative thankgoodness.I still feel so fatigued all of the time.

I am self injecting once a week but to be honest I still feel the same .The b12 just dosent seem to be working.

I am 78 and just don’t feel as if I have any energy left.

I still exercise for my hip an walk as much as I feel able.

Any advice would help me.I just don’t know what to do now.

Thank you

Very sorry to hear that. I’m 75 & on holidays & since I arrived on September 24th have had a nasty dose on my chest/bronchitis, pain in my back between shoulder blades. I am on a second antibiotic with a selection of meds. Every afternoon I have to have a rest/snooze. Just go with it it’s very debilitating really.

I hope you will make a speedy recovery.
