Need Help Please
Hi all. My story is long so here goes. In 2010 I was hit twice by the same car on a hwy and had a lot of issues and pain etc. Ten mths later I literally thought I was going to die. Was off work for 14 mths w/ b12 def. My dad has PA and to my knowledge I was never tested but assume I have it. Life

Found some old results
From all my test results in my bio, it is known I am a poor convertor. From recommendations within the Group back in 2016 it was felt I needed to add some T3, which my Endo at the time wouldn't do because of my severe anxiety levels and he said it would have to be dosed very carefully. How to change from T3 only to T4?
I'm currently self medicating on 50mcg Tiromel and have been for a few years. My doctor prescribed me 75 mcg Eutirox 5 x week and 88 on the weekends. It just wasn't working for me, so after a lot of reading I assumed I was just someone with a faulty conversion gene and decided to try alternatives.

My Current Criteria for dosage, form and frequency of injections.
I have always been about I should not inject any more or more often than is appropriate for my body. I have also been about I should not inject less although I was overly influenced by the EOD methodology. Any less than EOD I quickly decided made no sense to inject less unless I was symptom free. Determining

Starting medication advice
Hello Long story short, i was diagnosed Hashimoto's 2020, told to wait for TSH to rise before medication. I've been trying to conceive for years so went back to the GP this year when i found out TSH should be below 2.5 for this, not 5. Most recent tests are: 22/02/24: TSH - 5.01 (0.35- 5.50) T4 -

Going Round in Circles - ???
I am hoping that you can help - although I am not sure what I am asking - but just need to offload - I hope that you will be able to see my previous posts when you will see that although not having had a B12 diagnosis, because of my many symptoms during the past two years, and no one being able to

Carnivore Diet - Can't solidly recommend it
I have been on the Carnivore Diet for 3 months or so, as part of my quest to ameliorate as much of my Young Onset Parkinsons Disease symptoms as possible. I'll sum it up a bit for you. 1. The diet consists of animal products and ideally no plant products. I ate mostly beef, eggs and butter, but

Atrial Fibrillation
l have recently linked my AF with lack of B12. I was diagnosed with AF and Pernicious Anemia at around about the same time, prescribed BetBeta Blockers and Warfarin for AF and B12 IM every 3 months. Looking back I know that the AF flutter would start when I was nearing the B12 IM. During lockdown I injected

Folate
I did a full bloods Medichecks test. They have emailed me saying: Unfortunately, they were unable to process your folate biomarker. The results the lab were able to process, will be uploaded once they have been reviewed by a member of the medical team for you. I’m a bit non-plussed as I stopped taking

GP call
Well quite a good discussion with my GP just now! Reiterated my symptoms of B12 deficiency, Folate deficiency, Hypothyroidism, vegetarian and having a gastric band 12 years ago a lightbulb came on! Oh so yes probably good idea for B12 injections! She said she will write to gastroenterologists (I thought

b12 iron relationship?
Hi friends…I was diagnosed with a b12 deficiency in June, which is thankfully improving with injections (I had horrible neuro symptoms). I had my iron tested twice over the summer, both well in the good range (over 100). However, this week I had an iron panel showing my iron is 40 (literally the bottom

Functional B12 deficiency?
My daughter was found to be deficient in B12 4 years ago. She started shots of 1ml hydroxocobalamin every 3 to 4 weeks. After 3 years she decided she didn't need them anymore, so she stopped. After about a year she started to get symptoms of deficiency again. She has been getting shots every 3 to

Normal bloods still so tired 😞

Counter-intuitive.
I had in my head that the further I went along with my injections the harder it would be to evaluate the effects of the injection as I improved. In the last 7 months of injecting more B12 more often it has become easier to evaluate changes I make the more I heal. Most of it seems to be my neurological
