Hypothesis XII
Hypothesis XII The reason I write a hypothesis instead of using what if or it might be is that it is laborious. No way do I have the funding or experience to prove my hypothesis. The reality that no expert is going to try and prove or disprove it is inconsequential. I very much only write as it helps

Root cause of autoimmune B12 def
Hello- I was just diagnosed with PA and was prescribed injections (cyanocobalamin unfortunately). This was from a hematology referral for low white blood cells. That turned out to be ok, but the doc noticed my B12 was "low" at 310. I was already supplementing B12 so she just said keep doing that.

Generic Link?
I have historically been diagnosed with low B12 and now two of my children have been diagnosed with my son starting injections in new year. Is anyone aware of a genetic component to this condition? Thanks.

Blood Test Results.
Just a quick question. I had my monthly B12 injection two days before having a blood test. Could this make my b12 levels abnormally high? TIA

How to wean off omeprazole
I’ve just had some blood tests done prior to some surgery and the results show there may be a problem with vitamin B12 levels. Hmm, I take 20mg omeprazole daily, in capsule form. Anyone any idea of the best way to come off this? I believe I’ll have to gradually wean off it?

Hi all, so happy to have found this forum. I was diagnosed as B12 deficient just a couple of weeks ago after being unable to attribute my weird collection of symptoms to either a busy life (fatigue, brain fog) or spinal nerve inpingement (cramp, twitches, bone pain). It was the lip twitching that finally

Winter Solstice
Today is the Winter Solstice in New Hampshire USA. I had set a goal to not be sun deprived on the winter solstice. I achieved that goal. It was a near thing and the weather was favorable. I did not set the goal of not being sun deprived on the winter solstice or at any time prior. I did get sun deprived

Armour thyroid
I have been on armour for several years and my endo is aware. 2 months ago I had a blood test which showed my levels were fairly low, TSH was 8 ish and t3 and t4 were low. So I increased my dose slightly whilst waiting for a further endo appointment. Within a couple of weeks I was hyper, no blood test
