14 day trial of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin

After 3 years of researching I was able to obtain pharmaceutical grade adenosylcobalamin to. I choose not to share my source due to risk to myself and my source. Unfortunate but the reality. I considered if I wanted to post at all about it and went with I would want to know.

I injected 1mg/1ml of adenosylcobalamin and 1mg/1ml of methylcobalamin every four hours for 14 days.

This combination is the most effective trial I have completed. I compare combinations, forms and frequency and amounts as that is the only way I can get information to make my choices that I find credible. Other than one person who indicated they compared methylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin and found that methylcobalamin was more effective.

I discount the first few days of a trial because I have often experienced an uptick when making a change. I am aware that the reason for this uptick is unknown and I allow it may be the combination of forms in my blood stream at the same time.

After a few days of downturn which I attribute to my body adjusting to the change in supplementation I experienced improvement and by the end of the trial had determined this was the most successful trial to date.

I was self-treating for 2 years +- with 1 mg/ml once a day and it 'worked' I did experience an increase in severity of symptoms at first, sometimes called reversing out. I attribute this to extreme under-supplementation. Twice a day was an improvement.

It was not until I did a trial of 1mg/ml hydroxocobalamin three times a day I experienced any improvement that was meaningful to me. Looking back prior to that trial I was more mitigating than healing due to my just barely effective self treatment.

This led to a trial of 2 mg of B12 every 4 hours 3 1/2 months ago which was when I started to experience improvement weekly.

I make my choices of what trial to design based on evaluation of information available. Not see what works, that is not part of my choice or design. It is much about evaluation the rational and information accepted as fact by those that design official protocols.

Those that design official protocols seem to choose form for no credible reason at all and without any comparison of one form to another. They seem to evaluate there design based on it works for some and there fore that is good enough and anyone who does not improve over a few years must be experiencing something different and pretty much it sucks to be them.
