New blood test

Hi all, please see my latest blood test results below, done at 9am, fasted, last dose of levo 24 hours before, ceased biotin, b12 and b complex supplements 7 days before the test. I was slightly over range on my last blood test result and SlowDragon advised me to retest in 6 weeks to see if still over range but I'm now at the top of the range.

I feel good apart from my sleep, which ranges from terrible some days to really good. I think it must be related to my hormones/cycle? My constipation is back, but not as severe as before. I definitely think I have further improvements to make but for now I'm stable apart from the sleep issue.

My TSH is suppressed so I think the GP might want to reduce my dose but I will refuse. I also have a pre conception appointment with the endocrinologist tomorrow.

Also, my haemochromatosis test was negative after a high iron result.

December result

TSH 0.012 (0.27-4.2)

T3 4.8 (3.1- 6.8)

T4 22.3 (12-22)

Previous October result

TSH 0.023 (0.27-4.2)

T3 5 (3.1- 6.8)

T4 24.4 (12-22)

not about your test results but I have found that so far ( never say never!) bowel issues of years standing are markedly improved after going gluten-free.
