antihistamines during ivf & vitamins

hi everyone

My hayfever has hit with a vengeance. I’ve tried to stay away from any medication but it’s extreme this year. I’ve heard conflicting advice on whether it’s safe or not safe to take during stims/egg collection etc

also any tips on the best prenatal. I’ve been taking wild nutrition but it’s given me really bad acne!

any advice?
