More on Magnesium
My AF seems less frequent in the summer. Maybe it is because I get more sun exposure and thus more vitamin D. The comment on tea could be of interest to tea drinkers. I found this information on the website below. Hopefully, this info has not already been posted. http://drmyhill.co.uk/wiki/Magnesium

Freaking Out
Ugh, so I've been on this site before and returned to ask a question. This is REALLY a scaring me; for over a week I've had abdominal cramps with mild constipation. I had this once before after I took a zantac and it went away after my nutritionalist gave me some stuff and a doctor told me he wasn't

Scared of lobectomy next week
Hi. I have been scheduled for a lobectomy (upper right lobe) and scared. A pulmonologist told me I had nothing to fear and suggested repeat scan in 6 - 8 months but to not worry- it was nothing. My rheumatologist however, felt from viewing the radiologist report, that it seemed inappropriate to leave

Getting ready for my annual mud bath (at Glastonbury), whether I need it or not!
Today I realized how long it was since I last put pen to paper or rather tapping finger to badly bashed keyboard. Time has flown by, my man's business has been busy and I have had to to step up my level of answering more telephones and more in depth inquiries. Also getting on with the marketing and

GCA and thrush/candida
Anyone having trouble with thrush in mouth or candida? Supposed to get another test next week, but have to go off acidolphilus and probiotics to do the test which will make it worse. Using peroxide and water to clear the thrush in the mouth. But not sure what is left to eat. Can't eat fruit/sugar

VATS Lobectomy looming....
Well, all going well, this time next week I'll be minus 20% of my lungs. It's all happened really quickly after a very severe infection in January, the wheels were set in motion with the same surgeon who implanted my valves (they didn't work :( ) last year. Now it's LVRS (lung volume reduction surgery

Thomas Was My Cousin...Five Hundred Years Ago
I still struggle to equate the names of the people I find on Ancestry with real people...sounds silly doesn't it...of course they were real people, but when I'm lucky enough to find Church records which give a person's occupation for instance, and try to imagine being a Tanner in 1629 in a small parish

Horrible stomach problems
Hi guys, I was wondering if somebody can help me. In the summer of 2013 I started to feel nausea, no appetite. In the summer of 2012 I experienced nausea and reflux and with 2,5 months of Omeprazole that was fixed and after that had no problems at all. So when symptoms began in 2013 I called my GP and
