HRT after Endo and full Hysterectomy
Hi 2 years ago I had a full hysterectomy following having stage 4 endo which was everywhere but mainly 15cm chocolate cyst on my ovary and stuck to my bowel. Resulted in me having bowel surgery at the same time as my hysterectomy with a temporary stoma. I had a 3 weeks stay in hospital with complications

HRT or Thyroxine
I have had many symptoms and put it down to thyroid. I was hesitant to go on HRT because of my cancer history. I paid to go private using the Menopause guru as I wanted comprehensive knowledge and advice - not sure I’m allowed to say name). It was 300 quid well spent. 2 months in feel and I feel so much

Bone-on-bone knee pain and RLS?
I don't want to limit this question for Joolsg because I welcome advice and experience from others, as well. But, Joolsg, I saw a post you replied to about 3 months ago in which you said, arthritic knees will definitely trigger RLS. I have had osteoarthritis in both knees for years and bone-on-bone

constipation in perimenopause
I always have suffered with constipation. It is much worse since perimenopause. Just started HRT for bones and it’s worse still. Taken laxido for 2/3 days x3 doses a day and it has given much relief. Anyone been in a similar position and how long did you keep taking laxido for and at what dose? Many

I isolated for his sake & before I knew it I had panic attacks every night, depression & anxiety. Tried

RLS during in the morning and during the day when trying to take a nap?
Dear everyone here, fellow RLS sufferers, I am so grateful for this forum, I am on it daily to see what else can help my mother. First time I was here because she suffered badly from RLS which worsened a lot after hip replacement. And she was on 900 mg Neurontin and 0.0375 mg of Pramipexole that time

Low TSH stopping me getting HRT
I am 45 yrs old, & believe I am in perimenopause. I had hormonal blood tests done 6 mths ago, which didn’t show this, but was told that didn’t mean I wasn’t peri as hormones go up & down throughout the day….I decided at that time my symptoms weren’t bad enough to try HRT. I spoke to a doc today as

edoxaban and hip replacement.
I’m a 66 year old woman, due to have a complete hip replacement in late Feb - have been looking forward to it for months. Always considered myself to be very fit and healthy. However, 8 weeks ago I found myself in A&E with a self-limiting episode of AFib, which lasted maybe 45 mins. I didn’t see a cardiologist
