Valium

I think I’ll ask mycdrcfor some valium also. I’ll take it away from the gabapentum

My Psychiatrist wants me to switch from Valium to Xanax and even though I’ve been on it before I’m scared of just straight switching. I’m also scared of tapering. I’m just terrified of overdose or bad withdrawals. I have bad health fears. Anyone have anny advice or experience with this?

My toes curl every day, unless I take more C/L , or more Gabapentin or Valium. Botox didn't work, nor did those surround toes things. What should I do? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi Has anyone else experienced coming off of Diazepam or similar benzodiazepines? I’ve been on Diazepam for over 10 months (so a LOT longer than the recommended 2 weeks max to avoid addiction). I'm on baclofen and valium 3 time's a day now, which helps. The, I'm going to call them spasms, are now mostly confined to my head, neck and shoulders, although my arm's join in when I have a bad day. Does anyone else have this kind of thing or does everybody have seizures?

CBT doesn't help, but Valium does (which I seldom take). I have learned to ignore the weak ones with a bit of screaming. Sometimes I don't even notice them, but they scare the hell out of people sharing the space with me e.g. if I have guests.

I'm nervous enough of scans anyway and will be taking some Valium with me and so want to be at my best equilibrium to get through it. Will take the Pred with me and have it when I’m done but that’s likely to be 5. 30 ish meaning I will have had no pred since about 9am yesterday.

PD and VALIUM

At the moment i am on two 5mg of Valium also 50 mg of Sertraline. At this moment in time that i have no motivation, whatsoever. No energy! I have asked my Dr to increase my sertraline to 100mg. I have been getting a lot of pins and needles in my arms, fingers, and also legs too.

Taking sleeping tabs and occasional valium for the anxiety its causing. Have stopped socialising. Has anyone had botox in the vulva/clitoral area? I have done pelvic floor therapy, meditation, CBT and my doctors always say Im the first they have seen and to see how it goes in a few weeks.

They seem to have more side affects than Valium! one common symptom is nausea,which I already suffer with as have a degree of gastroparesis and nausea caused by my neck.

Once in a while--maybe every week or 10 days--I take 7.5 mg valium, which does help, although I hesitate to take more because of building up tolerance and not wanting, yet once again, to wean off a benzo.

When I expressed my concern he said “you won’t die, don’t worry about it” and gave me Valium. He did give me a pill called “Aspenon” which had awful side effects and led to my not being able to drive due to fear of fainting which happened twice.

My psychiatrist has given me a limited prescription for Valium to break the cycle for which I’m grateful. I’m wary of benzos but carefully prescribed for a limited time they do help. Sometimes I’m so exhausted and tight I can barely move.

I had an episode this morning where I thought I could be having another heart attack but with a Valium and panadine my pain eased within half an hour and I went back to bed. I’m anxious even though all my heart tests have been clear and in working order.

So my understanding is that K2 can remove calcium from arteries. It make me wonder if that's a good thing as my understanding is calcium stabilises soft plaque. I take D3 and K2 and got a CAC score of 4 (yay) but told 99% blockage of LAD (boo). I wonder if the K2 is a factor, or maybe its just a
