Not sleeping after pacemaker fitted
Cardiac clinic suggested
Valerian
tablets might help but I am so scared to take anything that might affect my heart rate in any way as my pacemaker is working for 85 per cent of the time. I know it is anxiety keeping me awake but don't know what to do about it. Any advice please friends.

Hi All
Have tried
valerian
before I go to bed makes me sleepy but still keep getting up to go to the toilet. Has anyone any other ideas? Also the fever doesn't last long but is very frequent? And lastly the fatigue!

To sleep, use Kalm to calm the anxious state (It contains
Valerian
a heart calming herb, any other brand with it in it will do) But hold on till the morning, then dash to telephone as early as possible to make an appointment with the doctor. Don't let yourself be fobbed off.

Pomegranate Juice
Some of these products include danshen, ginger, Panax ginseng, turmeric,
valerian
, and others. Are there interactions with foods? There are no known interactions with foods. What dose is used?

Anyone here take St. Johns Wort or Kalms?
Will there be aninteractions with any of the above if I take St Johns Wort or Kalms (
Valerian
root)? I used to be on antidepressants and really don't want to go down that route again!

Is this fibromyalgia
I find it difficult to go to sleep at night without taking
valerian
which works for me. I also had pain where jaw meets skull, hard to eat at first but now okay unless I open my mouth very wide or try tough meat.

Should I go to the doctor about this anxiety? I had never been this overwhelmed with it ever, but for the past few weeks I just can't shake
John,
Valerian
herbs - at best it will give me a few hours peace. I had never been sensitive to coffee before, but now I can hardly drink half a cup. Is there any hope?

Does Valerian help with RLS?
I was therefore interested in a reference on this site to a medical paper quoting a 50% success rate in reducing RLS symptoms from treating a group of RLS sufferers with
Valerian
at 900mg just before bed.
Valerian
is traditionally recommended as a herbal aid to sleepnessless.

This tea has
Valerian
in it, which has a relaxing effect on the nervous system, promotes relaxation in individuals leading a hectic lifestyle. Maybe you guys should try it out? It helps you sleep too :) Have a good day guys :) -Vic xoxoxo

I woke up, head was too crowded..
Evening, (for me it's 3:30am) I had a cup of my calming tea with
valerian
.. It made me drowsy so I fell asleep quite early actually, 8:30pm. Woke up 20 mins ago because my head was crowded & i guess i wasn't feeling that tired.. I was having a weird dream, but it wasnt really a nightmare..

Forget Cyber Monday, this is Sabre Toothed Wednesday
One essential ingredient is
valerian
, which may send humans to sleep but it sends cats up the wall. So despite the products blurb about calm, happy pets, it is quite clear that the over pungent
valerian
fumes have caused even worse behaviour.
