A team of researchers at University of Nottingham are investigating the barriers and facilitators for vaccination in people with inflammatory conditions treated with immunosuppressive medications.
Anyone else got covid?
Just that - I've been isolating since January 1st (yay - happy new year 😫). Fully vaccinated & feeling not too bad, apart from the fatigue & the swimmy head. And as for running, I can't even... All going well I should be back at work on Wednesday, a week late. Just wondered how everyone else was doing

Extreme weather & extreme disappointment
It’s -24 and another week of no running. Sadly my hubby & I both tested positive for Covid & we are unable to return home as planned…
However we can still walk & exercise gently indoors, play games with the family & be grateful for the warmth of a fire. We can dream of negative tests in the days to come
