A friend of mine, who like us is immunocompromised from pred use, has just had an antibodies test to see just how effective her vaccinations have been. She has asked me to post here so that you might be informed. Obviously we are all different and react differently but her result after her booster was

Pregnant and working from home
Can anyone advice under the current rules if anyone has been moved to working from home? I work full time in an office where people are getting COVID and people haven’t had any vaccinations. I can work from home but they like people to come in, do you think I should be working from home? I’m 14 weeks

Please get vaccinated or booster (trigger)
UPDATE:Negative! So just stress and winter travel! Still I feel much relief going into a nursing home without trepidation and guilt Tip: order or get at home tests right away it was over 2 hours plus 150usd because they don’t take my insurance two rapid tests are 25 on cvs I hope this convinces

Holiday/Covid Anxiety
I haven't posted on here in a while, and generally don't unless i'm feeling anxious and it's that time again. I feel like I always get anxious around the holidays, but this year it's like a triple whammy. I'm due to get my menstrual cycle, and because I have PMDD my anxiety tends to be heightened before

Precautions for meeting up over Christmas
Had heart failure 10 years ago. On medication. Over 70 years old. What advice on meeting up with adult son who has not yet had booster jab (had first 2 vaccinations)? I have had all vaccinations. Is it okay to meet with him indoors for couple of days over Christmas? What precautions should we take?

Anyone else feel like they have no option but to shield for a bit?
Wondering if anyone else is feeling like us with Covid going wild out there? Although my husband and I have been boostered, we have 3 children who haven't been eligible for full protection. Nearly all our friends and relatives have Covid tearing through their households and its absolutely everywhere

Was Exposed Two Days Ago
My wife was taking care of another person's baby two days ago and again today. Two days ago she brought the baby to our house and i didnt hold her but came close to her a number of times. Today while my wife was again helping with the baby (two years old) she saw the baby was sick with a light temperature

Not covid vaccinated?
I would like to know (if anyone) who has decided NOT to take the covid vaccine? I have struggled since the day it came out if it is right for me. I have been with my doctor at transplant clinic for 13 years and he has been on a medical leave for over a year now. Yesterday was the first time I was able

Covid 19 Vaccine antibody results
Following previous mention of Monitor My Health, thought I would get an antibody test ( previously shown as negative on NHS antibody test). Slightly disappointed in their service - despatch of the kit was quick and returned same day on 9th December but have never received any e-mail to say the results

Given up asking, nobody gives a fig
After trying to get my darling wife who has MF and is without a spleen, along with a portal vein thrombosis a third covid
vaccination
and a flu jab, I have given up. The whole system is broken, she had her flu jab by this time last year.

😃 first 5k since January!! And a fall 🙄
My shifts with the
vaccination
team have all fallen on run days recently, but not today. I settled on a Jeffing run with 3:1 intervals and my dog Isla came too.

3rd COVID vaccine and flu jab - ✔️
. 😂 Came out of the
vaccination
centre to find an email from my golf club saying they’d had to close due to staff members testing positive. Since I’d been in the clubhouse the day before I went for a PCR test. What a day!
