Am going to introduce this to my regime and having just figured out which magnesium to take (didn't know there were so many and have wasted money in a poor one) i now see there is more than one type of vitamin k? Any recommendations?

Vit-D and vit-K are partners!!

Osteoporosis, Osteopenia, Calcium, Vitamin D, Vitamin K, etc.
Postmenopausal bone loss has long been recognized as a major problem. It always amused me that women were told to take calcium when their bones were leaching calcium. When osteopenia or osteoporosis occurs following the menopause shouldn't one suspect a hormonal issue? A 1988 paper [1] reported that

Blood results help please, increased asesd aches and pains.
Please would someone have a look at my blood results? I’ve had increasing aches and pains in joints recently. I had been taking vitamin D but stopped at GP’s request. Not sure if this is a contributing factor. I also take magnesium and vitamin K. Wondering if I have another underlying condition. Thank

Does Procrit fuel cancer?
My husband gets occasional Procrit injections to keep his hemoglobin from getting too low. But am starting to hear that this may not be the best route. Would love your feedback. UPDATE: His DR has said that he will pull back on the frequency of Procrit . . . due to these concerns.

I am a mother of 3. Recently just come home last night with my baby. I have looked at my discharge sheets and it says IM Konakion given. Now research tells me this is another form of vitamin K. I was wondering if anyone knew more information on it please. I DECLINED the vitamin K vaccine for my reasons

Vitamin K and K2
I see people talk about Vitamin K2. How is that different from plain old vitamin K. I was in a Walgreens yesterday. All they had was regular vitamin K. Anything wrong or deficient with that?
