My husband saw Dr. Tagawa this week (Weill Cornell) about a clinical trial and he weighed in on the subject:
In regards to my question if Procrit makes CSCs immortal - as well as fueling cancer - he said that the warning on the manufacturer's site was never in regards to prostate cancer cell lines. And in fact the FDA subsequently removed the warning as human studies did not support that conclusion.
What is Procrit?
My oncologist said it's a bad ass cancer that trying to kick my ass
