Please would someone have a look at my blood results? I’ve had increasing aches and pains in joints recently. I had been taking vitamin D but stopped at GP’s request. Not sure if this is a contributing factor. I also take magnesium and vitamin K. Wondering if I have another underlying condition. Thank you

You usually need a maintenence dose when the sun stops shining. Your level is good. I took 8 months to get mine from 21 to 73. So i take 25ug vit d daily to keep it there. I'm sure getting the level up has helped headaches. I hope you get some referral to find out if anything else going on.
