Joint and muscle aches

i have been increasingly experiencing joint pain and muscle aches. I have been self injecting b12 daily since April and take folic acid. I am also vit D deficient and have been taking vit d, vit K and magnesium for over a year.

Wondering if I have got something else going on as well. Will post blood results

you could try copy and paste but I suspect that would only work if you they are in a word format.

you can insert an image by selecting the option to add a picture when you edit the post. You can only do this in the original post - and you can edit the post by clicking on the More button underneath the post and selecting edit.
