Starting Kisquali and Injections
Progression after being on Ibrance for two years…CT scans didn’t show any cancer progression. I had one small area that the Urologist found to be inflammation so…I had a PET and found many new areas of metastasized areas. Why are CT scans so unreliable? Kind of scares me now. I would like to hear from

thoughts 🙏
hi everyone, my dad has had MBC since June of 2022. He has been on Ibrance, letrozole, lupron, and xjeva. His Mets were to bone and then he was NED for a year from June 2022 to June 2023. In July he took a PET scan and it showed a slight uptake of activity to his chest wall. Plan was to keep him on

Pneumonia recovery / Bronchiectasis - what is what? Questions! Thank you
Hello everyone ! Background: I am five weeks post-pneumonia diagnosis. Mild bronchiectasis was diagnosed in both lower lobes (but only partially) one week post-infection. Had pneumonia also 11 months prior - many chest infections in previous years. Questions: Could the mil bronchiectasis be pseudo-bronchiectasis

Covid booster
I'm really anxious about having my booster this time due to some reactions Was really ill last Christmas into the New Year not with Covid but a pneumonia that I couldn't shift despite numerous antibiotics. I now have bronchiectasis along with my asthma! I have booked it as I'm a front line worker but

Dopamine to Pregabalin transition advice, please
I started taking Mirapexin in 2002. My dose increased over the years, reaching 5 x 0.088 mg tablets four years ago when augmentation set in. Three years ago, my doctor prescribed pregabalin and allowed me to manage my transition from Mirapexin. I have not yet completed that transition. Today, I take

Persistent leukocytes in urine without real UTI infection or problems normal or not?
Asking on behalf of my wife. She never had UTIs before married life, before we started having vaginal penetrative sex. She has since gotten 2 UTIs, this last one while seemingly over (symtoms wise), with the test strips she is still testing faintly/partially positive for leukocytes. She went to doctor

Lepto meningeal involvement. No further treatment. Palliative radiation?
Spouse 10 weeks post Pluvicto and about to embark on a Hail Mary trial of androgen receptor degrader. But yesterday's brain MRI showed spread to dura and leptomeninges. So my lovely light and love of my life is coming to the end of the road we have walked, too briefly, together. Oncologist has already
