scar on penis
Hello there. Some time ago I had a problem with inflammation on my penis glans. I used unwisely a steroid cream on it and that caused burns. They healed a bit (it is ca. 3 weeks from it now) but I still have some discoloration and kind of star tissue forming. I'm really worried that it won't go off

Thyroid Dermopathy in an Unusual Location
When something catches my eye, there's always a chance someone else will find it of some interest. Am wondering if any members think they too have had atypical thyroid dermopathy? [i]

Will increasing my HRT dose cure my itch legs as it did for Caroline Noakes MP.
I heard the MP Caroline Noakes on Radio 2 last week discussing how she had cured her problem with itching legs that were so bad that she drew blood when scratching them. The cure involved increasing her dose of HRT until the itching stopped. I use HRT and suffer from the same itchy legs problem for

Dry, thickened skin on fingertips, now a little numb
I know we've talked about severely dry skin before and shared recommendations for moisturizers. Since I started taking Verzenio 4 years ago, I've had very dry skin on my hands and feet, nails ridged and dry, and cracking skin on fingers and toes. It used to be just in winter, but is gradually getting

Eczema, Rosacea or both?
Hello all, I'm new here. After having several appointments with the GP with no result I wanted to seek some advice online before splashing the cash on a private dermatologist. I'll start by saying I've had eczema all my life (25, male) and as I've gotten older it's been manageable with a topical steroid

Linear Blaschkitis
I had PMR and have been off pred for over a year, following recovery not long after a hip replacement. On the same leg I’ve had a linear rash ( non itchy)from the ankle to the groin and my GP sent a photo of it to a dermatologist who diagnosed linear Blaschkitis - no known cause, but possibly post viral

Steroid withdrawal syndrome
Also known as ‘red skin syndrome’. Does anyone know anything about it? It’s a terrible response to extended use of topical steroids for eczema.

Small and tight
Phimosis and a very thin 1inch flaccid 5inch erect penis, at the age of 65 I'm not that bothered about size but the tight foreskin is a pain ,after all this time I'm thinking about buying some steroid cream to try and help , can anyone suggest a type/brand to buy or do you know what cream a doctor would

Chronic Hives?
I believe I have Chronic Hives, about 10 years ago a orangey red patch started forming on neck, didn’t think much of it. A couple years later, it started spreading. There was no symptoms at this point other than the visible rash, no itchiness. A couple years later and it has spread across my stomach,

Hi I just joined this forum/community. Here’s my story. In April 2020 I caught COVID and suffered about 9 months afterwards with various symptoms of long COVID. Just another little gift
Thank you so much, PMR for your generous gift of a new health scourge. The ever-growing scaly lesions that have now inhabited my body and spreading all over my chest and now my face. Can't show you photos as they would be X-rated. Dermatologist says it is Nodular Pruritis. Never heard of that one before
