Small and tight

Phimosis and a very thin 1inch flaccid 5inch erect penis, at the age of 65 I'm not that bothered about size but the tight foreskin is a pain ,after all this time I'm thinking about buying some steroid cream to try and help , can anyone suggest a type/brand to buy or do you know what cream a doctor would recommend.

I would contact your GP for professional advice rather than treat yourself. I've been there and glad I plucked up the courage to go.

Hi Earl, let me ask - has your situation changed lately? Because if so that can mean there might be a completely other thing that's the cause for your inconvenience. Like diabetes or some other lack in nutrition can mess up ones foreskin out of all places real bad.

And if you haven't seen much of a difference and that's just how you are then sorry to hear that. Nothing wrong to be a bit tight down there per say but straight up pain must be awful. You should see a a doc for sure. He will probably give you something like clobethason or betamethason for two months. The thing is, what I believe, no one should use steroids without professional advise as things can go in a lot of ways. I mean you can cure one thing and cause a second. Itching or redness. If someone puts this sort of cream for couple of days regularly and then stops it can raise imbalance of the skin.
