Personally, I stay away from anticholinergics (Glycopyrrolate) as they may increase the risk of developing dementia. Otherwise the rest looks good.

Good morning, I note you wrote Mobility exercises. Has your Uncle included music therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, relaxation techniques such as Tai Chi, Yoga, Qi Gong? The last 3 are great for helping with balance and many can be done while sitting in a chair. Bring joy and laughter into his daily life?

Sometimes too much focus is spent on medicines and supplements without working on the body, mind and soul and living a fulfilled life.

Perhaps I'm responding this way as I just read Park_Bear's post "On suffering."

Has he tried Rock Steady Boxing(RSB)? It works to keep symptoms from progressing. I was diagnosed 20 yrs ago I've been doing RSB for 18. Just recently my tremors have progressed. I can still drive and do most activities. My neurologist said if I'm going to try DBS, now is the time. So on the 17th, I had DBS surgery. So far everything has gone well with it. I go Thursday for my first programming.

I would definitely recommend RSB. They have several levels. They will assess you before you start to determine which level of class you should start out in.

He tried RSB for 1.5 years. I wasnt pleased with the workout routine. It seems they were not doing a lot.

I have taken Rock Steady Boxing classes at about four locations. It’s very location dependent lame might search for another location that has better programming.

I'm sorry they didn't give you the proper workout. I live a 1/2 hr away from headquarters and I know the founder, Scott Newman. If you want me to mention the affiliate's location and I could let them know. I think they would like to know if their affiliates are doing a good job or not. 🥊
