So i Just had my fet which was negative. Now I have to start all over I have no more embryos left. I bought these and want to ask what and when to start and stop.

Fertistill (Myo-Inositol, Cinnamon, Coenzima Q10, folic acid, Vitamin D3)

Vitamin e

Ubiquinol

Brazilian nuts

Pom juice

Beet

Ananas (core)

I didn't buy vitamin c because I eat fresh fruits and vegetables everyday..

I know you are supposed to take the vitamins 90 days before IVF but there is no harm in trying. Do you take all these vitamins from start of period till stimulation and stop before pick up or continue taking them before transfer? Also what to take during the 2ww.

Am almost 36 years old.

Important to take vitamins on a regular basis - sure ladies here will sure their knowledge about when to take them etc as this forum is a great source of peer support As you mention diet important - the more colourful the better ! Avoid too much sugar - processed foods -ready meals - butter Drink plenty of clear fluids - reduce tea & coffee intake [caffeine levels] try fruit teas and low caffeine coffee Make sure having regular gentle exercise walking swimming To reduce stress levels may be try some reflexology or acupuncture

Good luck for the future

Hope you get some replies and the ladies here share their knowledge with you as this Forum is an excellent source of information & peer support Vits and supplements are important and so is a good diet - wholemeal bread, pasta ,oatmeal and brown rice All fresh veg esp raw or steamed [ overboiling reduces the vit content ] All fruits -honey -beans -chickpeas -lentils Extra virgin olive oil or sunflower oil Protein important -chicken ,fish - milk - hard cheese - nuts - seeds More colourful your diet the better

Hi Zoomm,

So sorry to hear that your FET didn’t work. Hope you’re doing okay.

Not sure if you’ve read the book “It Starts with egg” by Rebecca Fett, but it’s a fantastic source for recommendations of which vitamins to take and when and will give you protocols for fresh cycles and FETs. I’ve taken most of my advice from there (in addition to great suggestions from others on this forum!)

TBH I’d just start taking the vitamins now as there’s no harm. I don’t take Vit E or have Pomegrante juice during stimulation, but rather after the collection in the lead up to the transfer to help with the lining.

I take quite a few different supplements and rattle now from all the pills! You may want to look into taking folate and omega 3 as well. Have a look through the book, it’s great!

Best wishes and good luck. Xx
