Antibody test, optimal timing
hi from Poland I have been on Zanubrutinib (small molecule inhibitor of Bruton's
tyrosine
kinase) for three years. I had a moderna booster two weeks ago. I wonder after how long to do the antibody test.

Has anyone uk based found a Dr or endo that can prescribe Tirosint or synthroid levo brands? I know by the list there are pharmacies that do prescribe it in the uk. I am just unsure who you go through to obtain this prescription?

Is It Time to Panic Now?
I've been feeling great on the Tirosint. Maybe too great. I talked my endo into a blood test just so we had range numbers. My TSH went from 0.5 last month to 5.0 this month. Endo did not test vitamins so I don't know my B12 or Ferrrtin. Endo and GP refuse to refer to oncology. My thyroid came out

Should I have the goiter removed?
The immunologist put me on very high levels of D3/K2, b12, folate, all the B's omegas, oil of primrose, l-
tyrosine
, which I've taken religiously for over 6 months and it hasnt budged my thyroid function. In fact it's just kept dropping. TSH, T3 and T4.

Availability Levothyroxine Brands
Hi, I have an allergy to acacia and have been taking the brand Aristo for some time as it has no Acacia or Lactose. Its becoming almost impossible to source this brand myself as most pharmacies are now sent Teva from their suppliers. What options are their that I could try as its coming to the point

Supplements for C-myelopathy
I added other supplements like lysine,
tyrosine
, phosphatidyl choline and Vit. E, D, krill oil, zinc, etc. and without these energy and ataxia are much worse. I just joined so wanting to know if anyone is taking something that really makes a difference esp. with lack of oxygen in the brain.

CHAPTER 6.THE SEARCH FOR HOPE "OUTSIDE" THE BUBBLE: OTHER NEUROLOGISTS, OTHER MEDICINES, OTHER DISEASES...

REFINING MY PREVIOUS QUESTION (,,, food for thought): should it be preferable in PSP to take phenylalanine instead of tyrosin supplements?
Tyrosine
is a dopamine percursor and as such appears to be a good option for supplementation in PSP. “
Tyrosine
hydroxylase” is the enzyme responsible for catalyzing the conversion of the amino acid L-
tyrosine
to L-DOPA.

L-tyrosine experience?
Anyone have experience or knowledge on L-
tyrosine
? I was taking it and stopped to research it more. I experienced no negative side effects just pausing for a bit. A trial I applied to said I could continue to take L-
tyrosine
but to not exceed 500mg which I found interesting.

Update “sigh”
Hello and “sigh” I talked to my Endo today about my recent labs and possible issues with Abbvie (50mcg) and this is what he wrote another reason I never mention anything to my Endo…. Its like he never met me! Hi Ms. : It certainly sounds like you have sufficient grounds to request either the brand

Where does CLL apoptosis take place?
Vose: Bruton's
tyrosine
kinase inhibitors, a pill that you take every day. Some of them are twice a day pills. It basically targets a pathway in B lymphocytes and doesn't allow this pathway to continue to proliferate so that that pathway, when blocked and the CLL-side cells gradually will die off.

LLS Ciitizen USA Study Shows Most Blood Cancer Patients Benefit from an Additional (3rd) COVID-19 Vaccine Dose
In addition, some patients on Bruton
tyrosine
kinase (BTK) inhibitors also fail to make detectable COVID-19 antibodies, though individual results in BTK inhibitor patients were more variable.

Sodium Butyrate: Neuroprotective effects of short-chain fatty acids in MPTP induced mice model of Parkinson's disease 2021
Low and high doses of NaB significantly increased the content of
tyrosine
hydroxylase (TH) by 12.3% and 20.2%, while reduced α-synuclein activation by 159.4% and 132.7% in the substantia nigra pars compacta (SNpc), compared with PD groups.

Tirosint and cytomel vs Synthroid and cytomel?
Any benefits, differences between tirosint and Synthroid? My labs are a little wonky, and idk if that’s due to the lactose/fillers in Synthroid, or the low FT3. I just filled an rx for the same dose as my Synthroid in tirosint and am a little scared to make the switch. Any good reviews? Bad reviews
