How would tyrosine help with thyroid issues?

Tyrosine can actually acerbate hypothyroidism. Key things to take would be b6, magnesium, selenium, folate, iron and iodine (be careful with iodine).

No-one should supplement with iodine unless they have been tested as deficient. Even then they need to be carefully monitored.

I actually found it was a catalyst for my thyroiditis and made me go hyper. If you Google tyrosine and Hyperthyroidism you’ll see some info .. just be weary. I chucked mine out

I take tyrosine but I can't say I noticed much difference.
