In June I had radiation for two spots one on a rib the other on a lymph node. My PSA went down slightly but then started back up slowly but I have a nagging pain in the area where the bone met is located. Tylenol helps. Is this radiation working or another bone met? We decided to do a second PSMA scan on Nov 11 and possibly starting lupron. Any ideas?

discuss this right away with your palliative care Dr specialist in your care team. Your team is both “ skilled and experienced “ at making you comfortable and keeping you that way. This IMHO. There is no reason to be in pain under your circumstances.

I wish there was more information in your bio, to provide context.
it would take a whole page. Surgery to remove prostate, salvage radiation, pelvic radiation, spot radiation of two spots.
