Just reaching out to other ladies going through FETs with Endometriosis before lap surgery. does anyone have any positive stories? If IVF doesnāt work out this year was going to look into Lap surgery. I am on the waiting list to see a gynaecologist, but the waiting list is a year ! In my area.

Planning ahead - looking into clinics and next steps before the current one fails.
Do you plan ahead for the next step and preempt the worst? Its tricky to know what to do. I am 40 in May. Obviously I am willing this next round to be successful and for this to be the end of my IVF journey. I donāt think it will be. I do think it is unfair if I am refused another NHS round but I

IVF in Spain for male factor
Hi All,I've decided to go to Spain for ICSI IVF mainly because we want to try fresh surgically retrieved sperm (through sync egg retrieval and TESA/PESA) and our local clinic doesn't offer this option, only freezing sperm in advance. Can you please private message me with your feedback and results from

Massage before or after transfer?
Iāve just started meds for my 6th transfer (embryos 7 and 8), and Iām finding work quite stressful at the moment, and I know itās related to IVF. Mini IVF
Hi lovelies Has any heard or better still undergone Mini-IVF (minimal stimulation IVF) using Clomid? I'm currently abroad to get a hysteroscopy done and a doctor I've seen here has recommended this method due to my age and low ovarian reserve. I've done some reading and I understand Clomid to be an

DHEA levels
Hello to all on this fertility journey I'm 47 (maybe too old but I've only had the chance to try late). So my ovarian reserve is low but I still ovulate and had regular periods until I started the IVF journey. Anyway, I was prescribed DHEA (abroad) in the hope to improve my AMH, what it has from 0.02

PGT-A improve success rate
Hi all I am feeling alarmed and nervous about how low the success rate is for IVF at 40 (around 15%) I've read some positive things about PGT but as im discovering with all things fertility it all seems a bit vague! Does PGT increase your chances on top of the 15% (if it did this would make me feel

IVF UCLH
Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone could help me. We have been referred for IVF to UCLH. Does anyone have any experience in this to ask a couple of questions? We have received a letter for our first appointment which is going to be face-to-face but there is no information about what is about?

PGTA testing results in over 40s- what are the success rates?
Hi all, We are about to get ready for our 2nd ivf cycle and hoping to have enough embryos for PGTA testing this cycle. Have any over 40s had this done and what is the likelihood of having a chromosomal normal embryo? would be helpful to know of any additional supplements in success cases too :) thanks

issues with the clinic
I find myself in a bit of a dilemma and could really use your collective wisdom and experiences. I've been facing some challenges with my IVF clinic ā their response times have been slow, and I've had to chase them for updates. What's more concerning is a mistake in my prescription ā double doses were

Embryo containing a vacuole
We had 2 embryos with potential from our first round of IVF. One was graded 4AB and the other 4BB. They chose to transfer the 4BB embryo as the 4AB contained a vacuole. Unfortunately this transfer resulted in a negative test. We are hoping to go ahead with a FET in March, but I already have in my head

One final roll of the dice
Weāve finally made the decision (9 months after our last failed cycle) to have one last roll of the dice to try for a sibling (daughter born 2020 on fourth go at IVF/ICSI). Weāve done two rounds in the past 18 months, both of which we only had one embryo to transfer and my AMH has decreased a lot since

Infertility and endo options
Currently starting second round of IVF (x2 embryos in round 1 with x1 negative pregnancy test and x1 embryo left frozen) with endo still on uterosacral ligaments, pelvis and bowel vaginal wall. Been trying to find consistent & clear guidance whether to have remaining endo removed before further embryo
