Thyroid Ultrasound
Hi I posted last year regarding thyroid nodules and someone was asking about thyroid blood tests which I didn’t really have. Well…..things have progressed and I wondered if anyone in the community has any advice on my latest ultrasound results. I had it done privately as NHS was completely dismissive

Looking for a substitute for NP Thyroid/Armor Thyroid in Europe
Hello all, I am currently in Europe running out of options to refill my NP Thyroid medication. From what I have found online, Armor Thyroid is an equivalent, and after asking my US Doctor, he said it should be ok to take. I have tried via Roseway labs but, not being a UK citizen, the doctor isn't sure

Ok I posted a couple weeks back that I had mild active Thyroiditis and TED.....but somewhat blocked the idea of Graves. Saw my endocrinologist today ....firstly he was impressed (thanks to the dedication of my optician) how quickly I had been seen and treatment started ....but feels it looks like Graves

Armor for Several Years. A Change To Happen. Experiences Needed.
Hi Community. I have been on Armour Thyroid for several years now. I changed insurance and chose a high deductible, and I think that is why it's no longer covered. Is anyone using the below meds and what has your experience been? Armour was great for me, has anyone had to switch that loved Armour and

Modafinil - thoughts
I am nervous in posting this. Please Admins jump in and close / moderate if needed etc. I think modafinil has helped me get through low thyroid. There did not seem to be much on the web about modafinil and thyroid. A post on reddit I think, says it used to be prescribed to support thyroid in US but

Feel like I'm going mad
At the end of January I ended up in hospital with low sodium levels and very dehydrated and then suffered 2 fits which resulted in a fractured spine. I was tested for thyroid disfunction and indicated hyperthyroidism though my aunt and grandmother had low.My hospital ultrasound was said by radiographer

Hi Folks, Been dealing with getting on an even keel with newly experienced B12 deficiency since the middle of last year and with the ignorance of GP’s. Changing from Levo to NDT - dosing advice needed
Hello everyone, I'm looking for advice on dosing - switching from levothyroxine 75mcg to NDT (most probably ERFA or Thyroid S) but I've been advised by pennyannie that ERFA might be best as I have hashimotos. So what should I aim to be on with NDT? My vitamin levels are good as I supplement with Vit
