Out of interest, if your cortisol is high in the morning, would taking your levothyroxine in the morning make you feel even more stressed/twitchy?

I guess it depends how sensitive you are to levo and maybe how quick your uptake is, some do say they notice a slight surge after taking but for most of us it's a slow burn
