Implantation failure?
Hello everyone, This was my first attempt of IVF and it has been (as everyone knows!) the most stressful time of my life. We tried to conceive naturally for quite a long time (about 6 years) and after being checked, apparently nothing is wrong with either of us. However, we've been recommended IVF/ICSI

Egg Donor IVF
I am looking for the best clinics in Surrey for egg donor ivf using partner sperm. I've had a very poor experience in London looking into ivf with my own eggs and so looking for help as above. Thanks

6 weeks pregnant and hardly any symptoms …
I am currently 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant with my ivf miracle baby. I don’t feel like I have many symptoms . I have sore breasts in the morning and occasional cramping was worse over the last few weeks . I sometimes feel sickly but not nauseous or being sick. I don’t feel like I’m really tired but do

Period 10 days early - why?
Hi, I’m 31 with diagnosed stage 2 endometriosis (this was a few years ago now and unsure of the damage now). I’ve always had very heavy and painful periods, but regular. My partner and I are TTC, and are going through the initial blood work for IVF as i’ve been told my chances of conceiving

Starting Meriofert on cycle day 8
I apologise in advance this is a bit long, but seeking some reassurance from anyone who may have experienced anything similar. I was instructed by the fertility nurse to start my tablets on cycle day 21 and take them for 10 days and my scan was booked for 4 days after that (that was today). I started

IVF abroad - Greece or Cyprus
Hello everyone, As we are all going through a similar journey with fertility, we’ve decided more cycles at London clinics are too expensive. Would love to know more about recommended clinics for IVF abroad in Greece or Cyprus, with good overall success, friendly, approachable & good rates. Please

Auto immune issues and harm to baby?
hi everyone I recently was told I likely have an auto immune condition - it’s been stopping me from achieving pregnancy for two years… they don’t know which one yet but there are things happening in my body - red dry eyes, rash when they put the embryo in there and another on my neck etc. I think

Experiences of endometrium polyps and successful Fresh or Get without removal?
Hi all, I'm doing IVF under a new clinic, I've had my day 9 scan today and they can see a 8mm "mark" on my lining. It's unknown if it is a polyp or scarring from a previous polyp removal in Oct 22. I did 3 IUIs with my old clinic after this and at certain points of my cycle they could see it and say

1st laparoscopy - what to expect?
Hi Everyone, I've just scheduled my first laparoscopy to investigate endometriosis and I'm terrified. We've come to the laparoscopy in a roundabout way really as we've experienced fertility issues and after two failed rounds of IVF this year and a hysteroscopy to remove a giant polyp in February -

6 week viability Scan - IVF
Hi all, With gods blessing I have recently got a positive test from my IVF FET cycle. I am currently over 4 weeks and I asked my clinic about a 6 week viability scan and they said they don’t provide one unless there was an issue before my 12 week viability scan which is end of Sept. I know a lot

Post egg insemination wait
Hi all,I'm on my first round of IVF, I just had my egg insemination yesterday and in that 2 weeks waiting period. To begin with I was very concerned about how my body is going to deal with injections but that was much easier than I thought but this part is actually feeling me with a lot of anxiety. Does

Low Ovarian Reserve - (supplements to boost eggs quality)
I'm 44 with a low ovarian reserve and multiple fibroids (which thankfully is outside the cavity). My GP referred me for NHS fertility investigations but I was rejected due to CCG criteria. My GP applied for Individual funding request but I was rejected. I had a consultation with a fertility expert

Hi, Has anybody every done a 'mild' IVF cycle. Lower stims than a traditional cycle and over fewer days? Just wondering what your protocol looked like, as in dosage and days & if it worked. My last 5 cycles have been normal IVF, taking 2 stims drugs, 300iu each, and taking meds from cycle day 2 to

Any fertility accupuncture recommendations in London please
We are going to embark on a round of mild IVF and I'd like to get some fertility accupuncture before and or during treatment. I've never tried accupuncture before. Any recommendations for Central London or somewhere in south east London would be great. Thank you

Hello ladies, I have been diagnosed with Lupus in Feb 2020 and I haven’t been well since I had the Pfizer booster injection Dec 2021 which caused tightness in my chest, feeling lightheaded and palpitations. 5 months later being triple vaccinated and I had Covid last year and it has triggered some

First Round of IVF, hating every second. Is it worth it?
Hello, I'm 39 (40 in two days) and we are four days into our first round of IVF and I'm on Ovaleap & Menopur. Just started Fyremadel today. I am finding this experience deeply unpleasant. Am so tired and listless if not cramping or dizzy. We have been lucky enough to have had the support from family
