Increased levothyroxine dosage causing problems...?
Hi everyone. I posted a few days ago about dizziness and nausea and fatigue. Well I increased my levothyroxine to 125mcg (from 100mcg) because my TSH was 3.90 (0.50 - 5.00) - my Drs will not test T3. The first two days of the increase I had no issues. And that, alongside beginning iron tablets (on Drs

So here I am 13.5 years of suffering. The past 4 have been hell. I’m slowly becoming a shadow of my former self, but try to remain as positive as possible. I went doctors today because my sleep is becoming non existent. I’m very grateful the doctor remembers who I am and my problems. She has placed

Has anyone with severe osteoporosis managed to reduce their tscores by avoiding the meds and using supplements and quality diet and exercise
By severe osteoporosis I mean worse than -3.3. Vitamins and supplements include vitamin K2, vitamin D3 and magnesium. Foods include avocados, bony broth, leafy greens, lots of fruit and vegetables, yoghurt, grass fed meat and dairy and avoiding sugar and empty calories. Some exercise but not necessarily

Forskin issue. Warning photo attached
I was born prematurely and have smaller genitalia as a result. My foreskin was tight and 8 years ago I had a frenectomy to loosen it. I have since been given a betaderm steroid cream to widen my foreskin however it seems the cream has lengthened the skin (elephant trunk like) instead or widening the
