I was born prematurely and have smaller genitalia as a result. My foreskin was tight and 8 years ago I had a frenectomy to loosen it. I have since been given a betaderm steroid cream to widen my foreskin however it seems the cream has lengthened the skin (elephant trunk like) instead or widening the opening. Short of surgical intervention any ideas as to what I should do next?

Perhaps you should consider getting circumcised?
Though I know it's not comfortable as an adult, circumcision may be the best option. Talk to your doctor and wife.
I have small genitals too, I wasn't premature but my Mom was taking something to end the pregnancy. My Dad didn't want more kids, he had 2 daughters from a previous marriage (lived with their Mom).
My Mom stopped taking the pill and I was full term.
However, this is what I blame for my small genitals.
Do you mind if I ask what your length is fully erect?
I hope you find a solution to your problem!!
actually I am the one who posted this and I am aware some people domt believe that this actually was cause by betaderm cream. I assure you that the application of the cream was indeed what caused the result visible in the picture. It is still as elongated as at the tjme of the photo. As embarassing as it is to have such a long forskin I am at least pleased with the fact that the phimosis has been more or less taken care of.
