Is anyone using L-
Theanine
and Intuniv together? My 8 year old son is on 3mg of Intuniv but is having a lot of trouble staying asleep. He falls to sleep easy but wakes up during the night and often stays awake without me knowing. Last night he got up at 3 am and did not hear him until 5!

helped with the rebound anxiety and melatonin helped me sleep. God’s love is helping me get through. The brain fog is lifting a little. I want you guy to know, by no means is this easy, but it’s doable! So if you’re thinking of doing it, there will be ups and downs.

What's working for me, at least sort of
But here's what I'm pinning my hopes on right now: 2 hours before I hope to go to sleep, I take a 100 mg capsule of medicinal grade CBD, along with 1 capsule of L-
Theanine
(I'm unsure of the mg.) and a 400 mg. tablet of magnesium.

, Passion Flower, Magnesium, Chamomile, Phosphatitydilserine & Magnolol. I drink it at night with a meal. Also I have stopped consuming alcohol at night. Generally no booze later than 6pm. Oh and I've cut down my sugar intake even more. (Obviously I don't drink coffee).

I would suggest Vitamin D + Calcium and a daily seaweed supplement as a start. 5-HTP and L-
Theanine
may be helpful perhaps I'm not sure I would say there are needfully effective. Omega 3 is a wierd one there is a debate seems that one omega might be harmful another may not be (6 I think!).

Since I started taking many amino acids that help so much, I recently ordered L-

because it said it "promotes relaxation". Lo and behold it does and helps me sleep through the night if I take it just before.

Tried EVERYTHING, and now...
Theanine
is one but I am doing more research there. After having my pancreatic levels rise from the Gabapentin and ending up with cardiac issues from the Requip...well, over wrought. All the past medications and homeopathic stuff either worked for a short period, didn't work or or I augmented.

Some relief from RLS recently
at night along with L-

and "gentle iron." That really did work for a while, but then just as suddenly, it didn't. In spite of my desire not to take medications, I'm now finding that what works best for me is half a tablet of a very old muscle relaxer called Tizanadine.
