A close look to who I am. I am 40 years of age. I saw four neurologist until I got my final diagnosis October 2017. I had been having Dystonia and gait problems since 2013. As soon as I began Carbidopa in October 2017, my symptoms completely went away. At 9 months of being on Carbidopa I thought of my long term use and didn’t want to have the terrible side effects that I’ve seen. I am now off of Carbidopa since August 2018. I supplement with:
I would ultimately like to achieve the Constantine approach of only taking the Thiamine.
Before, I took one 25/100 mg tablet of Carbidopa twice a day. I stopped taking Carbidopa in August 2018. What I currently take as mentioned above, I feel extremely energetic and take one capsule of MP twice a day 5-6 hours apart.
I will try the Thiamine 500 mg tablets that I got from Amazon, when I get them this weekend. I’ll update on how it’s working. Although, does anyone know how long I should try the Thiamine alone for? I read an article here yesterday with direct questions and answers to Dr. Constantine but it didn’t state for how long to start the Thiamine without any other supplements to determine if it’s working. Someone please let me know if you know the answer.

Are you accusing me of lying about having Parkinson’s, because I included a link that a person can click on for reference? You’re so ignorant to assume that. People like myself want references and guides to look at directly to help cope with this terrible disease. You’re a jerk
Thank you. I love Italia and hope if and when I do leave this earth, I want my resting place to be Italia. I have three children and don’t think I’ll get a chance to go now to finally visit until they get older. Good to meet you Lucal. I am Jesenia
Thank you. I am doing extremely well with the natural supplements. I would ultimately like to achieve the Constantine approach of only taking the Thiamine.

Thank you Earnie. I plan on contacting him after I’ve done all that I can to help myself. I am the type of person that will try everything on my own, prior to asking anyone else for anything. That’s the way I’ve been all my life.
I don't know if thiamine works because I don't have any reason to try it. I do fast walking and have done so since 1994. Since 2002 I have not had to take any form of medication, and fast walking has no side effects, other than better fitness. Why not try fast walking it really does work.
The easiest way to answer this question is to visit my website - reverseparkinsons.net and contact me. I will send you all my videos and several articles on the subject, which costs NOTHING! . I look forward to hearing from you.
Dr. Costantini recommends B1 in conjunction with carbidopa/levodopa (Sinemet) for the best results. Do you take one capsule of the Barlow's at a time? How much c/l were you taking before you stopped?
But I read in a post just yesterday that constatini recommends Thiamine without any other medication/supplements. I was taking one 25/100 mg tablet twice a day. I stopped August 23, 2018. The reason for stopping is because I didn’t want any of the long term side effects to ever affect me. Now I take one capsule twice a day of Barlow’s about 5-6 hours apart. Do you have any suggestions?
Email Dr C he will advise you. He says siminet and Thiamine work together and taking thiamine reduces chances of siminet side effects. Read Thiamine page here updated with over 50 q&a's.
