Ped5i/Tadalafil etc as a benefit to SE of ADT?
It is pretty much agreed upon that Tadalafil increases insulin sensitivity thus improving lean body mass, particularly around the gut, improves
Testosterone
/estrogen relationship and is good for heart and vascular health and possibly be positive for bone strength in the regular population.

T + Chemo?
Would it be of any use to kick up the
testosterone
way high to get everything cooking, and then hit it hard with chemo? It's in my future of course, but I'm just curious at this point. Thanks fellow Warriors!

Testosterone increase after injection
I recently had my 6 month dose of Camcevi 42mg and my
testosterone
went from 7 t0 55 rights after the injection. My PSA remained the same at 0.1 . Is this normal for my
testosterone
to jump 48 points. Oncologist says he is more concerned with my PSA.

Do testosterone supplements help raise testosterone levels after use of Lupron with radiation?
trying to decide to decide between surgery and radiation w/Lupron as a treatment for prostate cancer. I’m particularly concerned with how long it takes to restore testerone levels after 6 months on Lupron. Does the use of testerone supplements help restore T levels more quickly?

advice please!
I will also have a castration surgery to stop the
testosterone
from fueling the cancer. I am hoping to find a more natural less invasive way of slowing down the cancer and even it going back into remission if possible. Please send recommendations.

Treatment Decision
PSA is now zero,
Testosterone
is also zero. We noticed some mental/cognitive decline in my father and the doctor suggested we stop Orgovyx now at 9 months instead of going the full 2 years course. What would you recommend we do? Thank you!

testerone treatments
My brother has been taking
testosterone
pellets for the last year. He has no hard issues, but his doctor said that
testosterone
can strengthen the heart. Has anybody experienced positive or negative effects with
testosterone
treatments?

Are bone and CT scans required quarterly if PSA and testosterone are basically zero and no symptoms?
My doc still wants to do full bone and CT scans every 3 months even though my PSA and
testosterone
are zero or very low. And have been for a year now. Is this normal or a bit overkill? I am worried about the radiation but also my novice perception of wasted resources. Thoughts?

Estrogens and Castrate/Treatment Resistance?
I know of three men using high-dose trans-dermal estradiol (TDE) to suppress their
testosterone
(and thus their cancer) for 4, 6 and 20 years without progression, but these are mere anecdotal evidence. I seek more anecdotal evidence or, better yet, some authoritative data.

Revised Plot of PSA vs Testosterone: Estrogen vs Lupron ADT
Morgentaler had listed the
Testosterone
level in unusual units (
ng/mL
), not the usual units of (
ng/dL)
. So, my X-axis was off by a factor of 10. Here is the revised plot.

Pumpkin seeds offer numerous health benefits, including improved prostate health and fertility boost for men.
Phytosterols:
Plant-based chemicals that are thought to improve
testosterone
levels and overall reproductive function. Additionally, the seeds offer other plant compounds that experts believe may prevent conditions like benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

Many cases of prostate cancer can be treated through treatments that lower
testosterone
and other male sex hormones, but about 10–20% of prostate cancer cases resist treatment within five years.

PCa Probability versus testosterone nadir - 7
Last plot. Nice linear relationship. Lower T-nadir is better. Ref: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4372851/

Hypothyroidism worse off with TRT
Is there any correlation between taking
Testosterone
while being hypothyroid? Before taking
testosterone
my blood tests were perfect, last blood test was as following and I didn't have any issues with cold feet or hands.
