Testosterone Recovery After ADT - Updated Plot
Thanks to Tall_Allen for providing lots of extra data for this plot: https://www.prostatecancer.news/2023/04/intermittent-adt.html You can easily extrapolate the curves to find out your recovery time. ADT duration of 3-9 months fall roughly on the same curve, and ADT of 18-24 roughly fall on the same

Sclerosis due to cancer or treatment?
My
testosterone
levels have been consistently low and my PSA has been at 0.12 the last two months. Anyone has experience with hip pain like this? I have not done any radiation or chemo and do not have any history of pain in this area.

Best Private Endo and/or Private Thyroid Practitioner
Also have low
testosterone
which I've been successfully treated for. Could someone PM me the best Endo on the private list? Someone who is the most open to different treatments and can keep going deeper into different options if symptoms are not improving. I don't care about location.

What does this mean?
Based on what I have read regarding
testosterone
recovery time, it does not make sense to me. My
Testosterone
was 233 prior to this it was < 7 and my PSA was <0.01. Does this new result seem possible. The PSA is valid considering I had the same result on my annual just a month ago.

After Lupron I have been having seizures
Is it possible that as my
testosterone
increases or my body returns to normalcy they will go away? I don't have a more specific question than these, just worried by this situation. Everything is very vague, and scary.

PSA doubled in last 30 days after 4 months stable since Provenge. What's next?
After LU-177, PSA had been climbing quick until leveling off at 1.77 even as
testosterone
slowly returned. New PSMA scan scheduled for next week but I have a feeling tumors won't show up. What's next?

Pluvicto results (good news), next steps
I am currently on Lupron and Nubeqa and my PSA and
testosterone
remain undetectable. I will rotate C-11 and PSMA scans every three months going forward. Question: my doctor has told me that I will likely stay on Lupron and Nubeqa for the next two to three years.

Got retested/ tested for testosterone levels
I got restested and
testosterone
level checked. Thought I’d share for your interest. Seems like my TSH improved a little actually, so maybe the crazy strict diet helped.

The continuing saga of Scout and Coco, Not all change is welcome.
After cruising along with an Undetectable PSA for a little over 2+ years, my recent test results indicate a PSA of 0.03 and my
Testosterone
jumped from <7 to 13. The good news is my T is coming back but it looks like my PCa may be reawaking as well.

Rising PSA
Now at 10.1 and
Testosterone
nondectable. PSMA/PET/CT scan last weeks states no metastases present. We meet with Dr. Aggarwal next week. Last month at our visit he told us at this point “Scans” are the compass not PSA readings. Wondering what next steps will be.
