PSA declining?
I stopped taking an IM
testosterone
shots in March 2023 and my
testosterone
has dropped from 626 to 68 and was 36 as of 11/8. What could cause the fluctuations in PSA?

melatonin advice for ivf please
(My dheas and
testosterone
levels are already near optimal levels and I still continuously retrieve a poor number of mature eggs.) This is my very last cycle and I’m now desperate. I’ve read how good melatonin can be - however I know little else. Having already purchased 5mg tablets….

BAT and Pluvicto?
BAT is simply fluctuating your
testosterone
levels to confuse the cancer. Wondering if any aspect of this would jeopardize the bonding of Pluvicto to the PSMA on the cancer cell? Thanks.

Can post-BCR use of Tadalafil add risk?
(sure it could have been something else) Though on Lupron/Abi since August, we had a <40
testosterone
reading scare last month ( I guess I will call the place that gave that reading), though we retested soon after and TT normal at <10.

PSA Response From Broccoli Sprout Extract (Sulforaphane) May Due To Just Being Moderate ADT
Essentially, the PSA lowering effect, in my opinion, is due Sulforaphane reducing
Testosterone
and DHT levels.

New Study - Men on adt for 6 months- 75% recover Testosterone BUT median time is 18 MONTHS!!!????-Orgovyxx may be different? Yes I Hope??
Any studies showing return of
Testosterone
with Orgovyx much shorter than 18 months..
Will
replacement therapy trigger a recurrence?
Are there meta analysis or trials on this?

I'm scared to live in my house
So my dad got a new prescription for his
testosterone
levels and it's in the form of a gel. He is supposed to apply the gel, wash his hands thoroughly, and cover it with clothing. He doesn't really take these precautions seriously and I'm worried that he spreading it around the house.

6 months after MRI Guided SBRT at MSK
My PSA was .33 (down from a peak of 7.5) and
testosterone
was 513. The Doctor was very pleased with these results. Per Dr. McBride, since I still have a prostate, a low (but not undetectable) level of PSA is common and acceptable at this stage.

Was there ever really a chance for a cure?
Now, my non-medical view of things is convincing me that what the Stampede protocol actually did by including the third year of ADT was smash for many years the production of
testosterone
so that there was not a rebound of cancer growing conditions for a longer while.

any tests for Familial hypocholesterolemia?
Possible
testosterone
deficiency but needs testing, he is following that up. Father died of stroke (details unknown), mother died from arterial burst (thought to be caused cortisol use, all arteries and veins were clear). does anyone know of GPs can test for familial hypocholesterolemia? 🌱

PSA following Lupron and question on scans
He just had his first appt following treatment: PSA is 0.5 and
testosterone
is negative ! (-20) question: I read that after Lupron pSA should be under 0.1. Is this true ? And Should we be concerned that he’s not there yet?

Yes, Yes, Yes, are you kidding. Sexual performance, primal male dominance, self confidence are all affected by pelvic radiation.
Once I got my
testosterone
checked it was equal to a 900 year olds levels.
Testosterone
helps but sex has never been the same. I've had a testicle removed due to a hydrocell bursting. Viagra is very helpful but I'm not trying to lose my eye sight right away.

After the

INSULIN TOLERANCE TEST - Low cortisol & chronic insomnia
I have low cortisol, also oestrogen and
testosterone
(despite HRT) and DHEA. I’ve had a Short Synacthen Test, which I passed as most thyroid people do. So I now know the problem doesn’t lie with the adrenals. I presume it’s with the pituitary. I have read about the insulin tolerance test.
