Already on Lupron, the PSA 0.81 and the
Testosterone

Heart Issues etc but still confused over thyroid
I was again surprised at this as have had no sex drive for the past few years and grow beard hairs (wonderful) so figured might be down to high
testosterone
but clearly not.

Sartor on BAT and genomic profiling (excerpts)
And what it showed is that the high-dose of
testosterone
could actually have a positive effect on a substantial subset of patients. Well, in part of the trial, we were aware of these positive findings and have been exploring the use of high-dose
testosterone
in our patient population.

Ibrance and hair ideas
. - spironolactone 25 mg 5 days/7 - it's used for high blood preasure and also for loss of hair linked to too much
testosterone
. My onc said I could use it. It interfere with Male hormones. I had used it successfully after my daughter's birth.

Does eating flaxseed help against PCa?
Will it lower my
testosterone
and help keep my PSA lower than it would be?

Zoladex increase in PSA
Testosterone
over the last month has dropped from 19.3 to 0.7. My Pet Scan in February reported as follows; Overall significant improvement in extent of NaF avid sclerotic osseous metastases with complete resolution or decreased activity. With the PSA increase I am not sure what to do next.

BAT, SAT & SARMs
The authors wondered whether the regulatory aspects of AR could best be induced by a SARM - rather than
testosterone

My doctor isnt onboard with using tamoxifen to lower E2
This is happening because I am taking Nubeqa as a monotherapy, and even though my
testosterone
is only in the 450 range, a lot of it must be converting to E2 and making my boobies grow.

Timeline thoughts?
(I know all the options for other treatments, but they all involve total suppression of
testosterone
, and I'm 'sick and tired of being sick and tired':-). Any idea of the typical progression for my stats? With no treatment other than for painful mets, how fast will this go?

Help or suggestions please
I have a family history of thyroid issues and PCOS however the consultant said it's not PCOS as my hormones are in range,
testosterone
is in range and a scan shows I have no cysts on my ovaries. I feel like it could be perimenopause but the doc has ruled that out too.
