Does eating flaxseed help against PCa?

I eat about 10 grams of ground flaxseed with my cereal every morning. Will it lower my testosterone and help keep my PSA lower than it would be?

I don’t know about flaxseed, but metformin lowers testosterone.

I have found ground flaxseed beneficial. I started using it in Feb. 2020 after reading this study:

In conclusion, this study provides direct evidence that dietary intake of plant lignans via flaxseed supplementation inhibits cancer cell growth and possibly reduces tumor angiogenesis in patients with prostate cancer. The consumption of food items, such as flaxseed, which are potential sources of enterolignans, should be explored further, given their chemoprotective properties.

I was taking 30 g a day, now take around 20g. I started conventional treatment in Oct. 2020.

My PSA had most recently risen to 67.30 when checked 5/18/2020 but dropped to 64.77 without any other treatments by 9/20/2020. It was the first time it decreased since I began having my PSA tested more than a decade earlier.

After starting bicalutamide, it dropped to 1.09 then 0.02, but the initial nearly 3 point drop was prior to any other treatment.

Anecdotal, yes. But, I found it helpful in my case.
