Another approach would be to restart anti
testosterone
therapy which would need to be continued indefinitely. In either case, a PET scan that shows disease would be useful to follow your response.

FIRMAGON INJECTION REACTIONS
It's not a big deal and as long as it's keeping my
Testosterone
and PSA undetectable, I can deal with it. I just want to make sure what's happening isn't abnormal or unhealthy.

Adrenal suppression
I should also add that the blood tests revealed that
testosterone
was right at the bottom of the ‘normal’ range. I feel tired and anxious a lot of the time and struggle to sleep, All in all pretty lousy. Any thoughts, experiences or contributions welcome!

2/21/23 blood test shows PSA went up from 0.253 to 0.309
Testosterone
unchanged at 45 since 1/23/23 test. B12 260. MO ordered 2500mcg B12 which I read helps bone health, energy and red blood cells.

Testosterone
also ⬇️ to 74 (from 158) after a two year 'holiday' But, here comes de drama, I've put on 20 lbs weight in one month! No real eating habits changes. The muscle cramps, feet spams and twitching at night time getting worse almost unbearable.

BAT question. A little worried about results.
During the four weeks off Nubeqa I’m getting weekly
testosterone
injections and rechecking T and PSA. I’m concerned that after 2 weeks my PSA is back to 14. Is BAT not working for me or is it too soon to tell? Thanks

Enzalutamide/Xtandi monotherapy as ADT with fewer side effects than Lupron
Enzalutamide does not lower
testosterone
and estrogen, it even increases the level of these.

Screening
I met with a urologist who tested my
testosterone
2X over 9 months and stated, "likely psychological for cause of ed". He did inquire about any "family history of elevated psa", which I have none known.

Who got their T level done before ADT?
I was a month into ADT before I realized that I had no baseline
Testosterone
number!I know the treatment is all about reducing T, but now that I'm considering vacation possibilities I think it would be helpful to know what my unadjusted level was.

ASCO 23 - Transdermal square-wave testosterone therapy
As you no doubt know, Denmeade's BAT cycle is a 28-day modulation of
testosterone
[T] from ~2,000 ng/dL down to near castrate. The BAT cycle typically begins with a T-cypionate injection into muscle. In the new pilot study, T was delivered daily, transdermally, for a minimum of 12 weeks.

Triplet therapy - SBRT, Orgovyx and Xtandi, the latter being an "ARI," androgen receptor inhibitor, preceding the PCa cells from binding with
testosterone
, their fuel. He's checking with TRICARE For Life on cost...don't see an issue., I checked with Express Scripts, monthly co-pay $14.
