DX 2017 metastatic PC T3 a/b on MR metastatic on bone scan [ 1 spine 1 pelvis ] psa 11.2 Gleason 9. Started Abi + pred and Prostap (lute)after 2 years stopped Abi due to heart problems tried Enza caused me to go zombie ( could have been stopping Prednisolone to quickly!) psa was 0.109 testosterone 0.09 uk

Now just short of 3 years on just prostap psa 0.394 testosterone 0.190 uk ( (5.48 ng/dL).

Further treatment, probably reduced dose Abi. Can start that now or wait till psa hits 0.6 for scans. Welcome comments thanks.

Go get a PSMA scan and see if Lu-PSMA might be an option. You can wait on adding another therapy and consider all your options, as it is not growing repidly. You are now metastatic, castrate resistant, so more approved treatment options and trials available. Ignore all forecasts of lifespan!
