0 eggs at 4th egg collection - empty follicles - have you had similar issue or have any advice please?
I have changed clinic for 4th cycle and was on 375 Gonal F short protocol after few weeks of norethisterone and
testosterone
gel. I had 3 follicles over 17mm but all were empty. They have checked my hormone levels to see if trigger injection was taken correctly and was confirmed that was the case.

low testosterone
The NIH has a study that says if the thyroid is treated the
testosterone
levels will rise. I have also heard that low
testosterone
can mess up the validity of the TSH test.

Has anyone tried less frequent levothyroxine dosing to intentionally allow for fluctuation of T4 levels?
Hi everyone, I'm hypothyroid and also have low
testosterone
. Injectable
testosterone
cypionate has roughly a 1-week half-life, just like levothyroxine. Hear me out for a minute... Most doctors prescribe & suggest once-weekly
testosterone
injections.

Does a big drop in PSA a month after the start of hormone treatment possibly represent a higher chance of cure?
Firmagon is more aggressive as it instantly blocks
testosterone
which likely explains why my fathers PSA dropped over 90% in one month.

Worried about liver
I have also started to notice itching in my breast area and lack of sex drive, which feels like low
testosterone
/ high estrogen (I’ve had it before when coming off steroids when weight training, not taken them for 10 years) so this is concerning me.

Any advice would be appreciated
Does
testosterone
production restart? Do side effects of ADT dissipate once one is no longer taking it? If I were God, and a loving God at that, I would create a life for mere mortals with no more than a dollop of “learn from your mistakes” in the mix.

When I was on
testosterone
continuously I had a decent muscle: fat ratio. And even during my years of 3 months castrate / 3 months high T, things were not so bad.

NUBEQA (darolutimide) as MONOTHERAPY (no lupron or similar)?
One gent says after 7 months he’s got
testosterone
levels of 700 with undetectable PSA and no progression on scans. Another says he’s going off the casodex soon for NUBEQA. Not sure yet if they’re talking about holidays or more. Anyone else out there on similar protocol?

Male infertility and hypothyroid
My
testosterone
has always been low (below “normal” reference range) which is most likely related to the hypothyroidism although I’ve not had
testosterone
treatment as that would increase risk of infertility. What investigations and treatment have you tried and what works best?

Determinants of PSA Response to Bipolar Androgen Therapy [BAT]
Patients with PSA declines of greater than 50% from baseline after 2 or more doses of
testosterone
were considered to be responders. Whereas, Non-responders had no PSA decline after 2 doses of
testosterone
and subsequently manifest a PSA increase of >50%.

PSA down to .84,
testosterone
jumped a bit to 100 ct. I wrote before that because the undesirable side effects we, together with my Onco decided to stop Zytiga/Prednisone and just continue with Lupron injection every 4moths.

Testosterone level while on ADT plus Xtandi
I've been on ADT (Prostap) since last July and Xtandi since October and my T has remained hovering around 30 ng/dL. Although this is technically castrate level (<50), I've seen several other posts of guys on various hormone therapies with much lower T. Is it normal/typical for T to stay at 30 when on

When do hot flashes end once ADT is suspended?
I would just like to know when I might expect the hormones to have been "flushed-out" of my system and my body resumes producing
testosterone
with, hopefully, increased energy, weight loss, hair regrowth. Background: I was born in November of 1950.

How many 3-months injections of lupron for 2-year-long ADT
But last time my
testosterone
recovery took six months. So getting my last one in July 2022 should also provide a total of 24 months coverage. Currently my PSA is undetectable. What would you do?
