Should I stay or should I go?
Have bought new shoes which are yet to be tried. ( all fitted properly, analysed etc which may have caused what I can only assume is
tendonitis
) but so frustrated as I want to keep going but not sure whether to try it or not. Been resting it and icing it but still feels stiff and hurts to flex.

Frozen shoulder
The right one is due to calcified
tendonitis
and the left one is due to my short neck making my shoulder roll forward. I was also told my big chest does not help. It is most painful at night but also sometimes during the day if I forget about it and then move it just the wrong way.

Ankle pain
Hi any thought on how to cope with Achilles’ tendon pain ? (It’s just where the tendon joins my ankle ). I’ve only just started the programme, and did my second run yesterday. I’d expected some aches but the rest of me is fine. The plan was to get fitter after a 6 month period of not doing much due to

Iliotibial band syndrome (ITBS)
Hi All. I’m on my second attempt at C25K. A couple of years I attempted it and had to give up around week 4 becuse of incredible knee pain which was diagnosed by a physio as ITBS. This time round I’ve done much better and a couple of weeks ago completed week 6. However, the dreaded ITBS has struck

Still got tendonitis 😔
Definitely on the mend but it's still lurking in my shoulders and upper arms. Soon as I do too much the pain is awful. Legs good but don't know whether I should let the whole thing go before trying a run. 14.8.17 my last run, almost scared now to start again

Calcific Tendonitis - Steroid injection
Having suffered for months with horrendous shoulder pain and Physiotherapy making it worse, was diagnosed with calcific tendinitis which showed up on an X-Ray. Eventually received confirmation that it could be treated by ultrasound guided barbotage but when I went for this on Friday night was told he

Feeling ACE, I smashed week 9 run 1!!!!
After my inability to run further than 10 mins on Wednesday, today I set out determined to run for 30 minutes. It was a beautiful morning and I planned a different route that incorporated some hills at the start but mainly flat and down hill afterwards. Had a banana and two strong coffees, put on my

My dogs think this is hilarious: they could well be right.
Hello, newbie here. I'm Paul, keen swimmer, weight trainer, gardener and golfer: those activities are now severely restricted -for a while at least- by significant injuries to both shoulders...partly as a result of a life in farming and physical work and partly by stupidity in swim training. Stupidity

Back to the beginning again!!
The most I got up to was week 4 run 3. I changed apps as I found it all much easier listening to Sarah Milligan spur me on! However, I had knee ligament injury which put me out of action in the gym for 7 weeks and off running completely for 3 while months!!!! So as I have been working on making my knee

Anyone with joint hyper-mobility?
Hi, I'm set to start my first run of week 2 this evening. So far I've been running on grass with some pretty comfortable trainers and everything has been fine. However, I'm worried about how my joints will deal with it when the running gets harder. I'm flat footed and hyper-mobile and have only fully

Injury woes
So I am up to week 5 run 3 but not able to do yet as I have had a problem with my ankle swelling (possible
tendonitis
) and all advice seems to be to rest.....but it is so frustrating as I am desperate to get the 20 minute (eek) run done to stop it hanging there like a spectre at the feast!
