Definitely on the mend but it's still lurking in my shoulders and upper arms. Soon as I do too much the pain is awful. Legs good but don't know whether I should let the whole thing go before trying a run. 14.8.17 my last run, almost scared now to start again
Still got tendonitis 😔: Definitely on the mend... - Couch to 5K
Still got tendonitis 😔
Hooo boy!
Am in somewhat the same boat. Just had a hip joint fixed up and started on steroids to clean up the damage.
But - any run is better than none and if needs be I will do the entire programme from scratch rather than quit altogether OR do truly horrendous damage by being too gung ho.
Take it easy, take qualified medical advice and keep in mind that no matter how "slow" or "short" it may be - a Run is a Run is a Run
Wishing you many happy miles in your future
If you have got the all clear to run.. then simply head out and see how it goes.. slow as you like and just test the water
I agree with the first two replies (from awesome people) and just go out, take it easy and see how your body feels, it will give you all the feedback you need.
