Back to the beginning again!!

The most I got up to was week 4 run 3. I changed apps as I found it all much easier listening to Sarah Milligan spur me on! However, I had knee ligament injury which put me out of action in the gym for 7 weeks and off running completely for 3 while months!!!! So as I have been working on making my knee and surrounding muscles stronger I took the plunge and ran for the first time yesterday since the injury. Started W1R1 and felt good with little more than tight hamstrings this morning. Get the foam roller out before heading off to the gym and I'll be right as rain... slow and steady... I will get back in track. It was been frustrating but I will get there :-)

Well done for not giving up👍and being sensible taking the time out to recover & build up strength round your knee. With your positive attitude you will get to that 30min run point! Keep us updated on how you get on as it really helps us all😊

Take it steady and take it slow..don't overdo things.. well done!

Maybe try these too on rest days.
