Help - Supplement advice
Hi lovely people - wanted to check my current list of supplements with you to see if I'm missing any major ones, before I go into my 2nd ivf cycle. I don't want to overload on a million pills, just wanting a good broad supplement supply. Also could some PM me what coq10/ubiquinol they would recommend

Hi I’m new, does anyone suffer from really low heart rate when not in AF?
I have been having AF off and on for the last three years. Over this last year it has increased in frequency. I am having it at least once a week, it usually lasts between 2 to 4 hours.I usually auto convert on my own, thank god.I have an iwatch which has been really helpful in keeping tabs on my EKG

Progesterone only pill
I’ve started taking the POP yesterday, just wondering what people have experienced in terms of timescale before I feel any pain relief? I’m awaiting a lap and have been given the POP on top of the other meds I’m already taking (paracetamol, Mefenamic acid and codeine when needed). Thanks

Pred-induced Osteoporosis - Zoledronic acid??
Hi Everyone I was asked to report back after I'd seen my consultant this week, re the ankle fracture I incurred without a fall or trip - you rightly deduced that she said I must have a Dexascan. (I await date and time for that). However, she also said that the weekly Alendronic acid I've been taking

Which pregnancy supplements?
Hi, Does any of you ladies know which pregnancy supplements are best to take after BFP? (IVF)Some contain DHA and Omega 3 and some don’t? Some sites say to take omega 3 from 12 weeks? Is it safe to take at 4 weeks? Any help and advice appreciated. Thank you

Ursodiol and thirst?
I’m almost 60 days into taking Ursodiol and I noticed over the last week in particular that I’m overly thirsty. Has this happened to anyone else? I left a message for my dr about it tonight.

Clonazepam
How do I quit 3 mg Klonopin which I've been taking for ~3 years? I crossed over from Alprazolam to this devil and my doctor says to reduce by .5 mg every 10 days. Someone please help as I'm desperate to discover a benzo-free world and see how that feels like. Thanks!!

Suspect brugada syndrome
I just wondered due to my recent ecg the cardiologist wants to rule out brugada syndrome. I had unexplained syncope in May and they keep mentioning having a loop recorder fitted. Periods of panic attacks
Yesterday night I had panic attacks. The last time I had one was such a long time ago that I almost forgot how uncomfortable it feels. My mind was racing. It was so unpleasant that I went to bed hoping that falling asleep would calm my brain. I listened to an ASMR video to calm down and fell asleep.

Split personality? I have a question
Hey guys I’ve a Question. Today I experienced 2 completely different versions of me within 2 hours. I want to know if any one else has experienced this-if this is common-or if this is part of DID(I was told I might have it by my therapist). #1: I had the sense I would be accepted no matter what, I began

Im also on Prednisolone for 5 days due to some breathing issues but I’m actually thinking maybe it’s the AA not

Zometa
I'm having oral surgery next Thursday on a bone in my jaw do to advanced cancer. Anthem refused to pay for it, saying it is a dental thing. Some cancer patients whose cancer has spread to the bones receive regular infusions of a bone-modifying drug, such as zoledronic acid (Zometa) May have side affects

Help for a friend with corticobasal degeneration.
Dear forum friends: I have a friend who has been diagnosed with corticobasal degeneration. I can't find much specific information about this atypical parkinsonism. Except for Dr. Costantini's reference in the famous interview (number 30) or the comments on medical cannabis oil, I can't find any information
