Update on stress

GP rang am. Queried with her whether I am supposed to give Lanzaprole a holiday. She said I had been on L for a long time. I told her I get excess acid when not taking. Has reduced dose to 1 or 2 to be taken daily .

Then came the next ALENDRONIC ACID and whether I would start taking it again as they are worried about my bones. My answer, when I have had the Dexa as my bones were in pretty good condition after the last. That doesn’t matter she said we want to keep them that way. Next …. there are other drugs that are good for your bones, whoops same answer…… after Dexa scan.

She is chasing the Dexa scan again. I offered to pay as long as I could have it in the same hospital. She looking into it . 😊

My GP is the same with Alendronic Acid, obsessed. Someone suggested he was getting QOF points for it! Every time I think I have put the discussion to bed, up it comes again.
