In February of 2021 I had my mental health intervention. I was diagnosed with GAD, Depression Type 1 with Psychotic Features, and PTSD. As most of you know I've been trying to treat the symptoms for my anger issues, my PTSD, and my depression. Well what did I not treat? The psychosis. This is why I'm get angry. This is why I worry about everyone hating me and being against me. I've been treating the wrong symptoms. Over the weekend I was taking mental health first aid as a course for my major, and they discussed psychosis and it's effects. It includes, hostility or aggressiveness, delusions, hallucinations, and increases the effects of negative emotions. So I've been blaming everyone else for being alone, everyone else for not being there for me, and on and on and on. So if you're diagnosed, make sure you understand what everything is, and always consider how it's affecting your thought processes.
