Scared/ Help Advice
Hello everyone, I am posting once again, just in need of some words or advice. Like I mentioned my mom was diagnosed with BC on 2019 and the tumor was removed, she is doing great, just taking tamoxifen now. I recently mentioned I got a rash like itchy patch on my nipple. It seems more like mammary glands

I think I will be coming off of Xeloda, which I have loved….
…but I am becoming very short of breath, and think that it may have stopped working. I have a CT scan tomorrow, and get to see my doctor Thursday, then may start a new treatment Friday, depending on the scan. My question is what have other people started taking once Xeloda failed them? My doctor says

Nubeqa monotherapy update
The first month of Nubeqa (darolutimide) monotherapy resulted in a PSA drop from 5.0 to 1.6 . I just had my second month blood draw and PSA is holding at 1.6 . I was hoping PSA would be even lower, but holding steady is good for now. Its likely that I didnt get a better response because for the last

anti androgren monotherapy and testosterone levels
As some of you know that have read my past posts, I am experimenting with Nubeqa monotherapy, which has brought on a bout of the man boobs. I was successful in convincing my doc to prescribe Tamoxifen, but have not yet started taking it, as I am waiting on blood tests to see where my estrogen/testosterone

My doctor isnt onboard with using tamoxifen to lower E2
I just asked my Doc yesterday for low dose tamoxifen to counter the high estrogen levels that are creating man boobs. This is happening because I am taking Nubeqa as a monotherapy, and even though my testosterone is only in the 450 range, a lot of it must be converting to E2 and making my boobies grow

Nubeqa (Darolutimide) mono-therapy update
I have been on Nubeqa as a mono-therapy now for just over 3 weeks, and the first blood draw was very encouraging. After being on a nice drug holiday for the past year, PSA was starting to rise again with a doubling rate of 4-5 weeks. PSA was at 5.0 when I started the nubeqa, and as of Tuesday it was

gynecomastia and nipple pain
I am experiencing some gynecomastia from taking anti-androgens as mono-therapy. This is not unexpected as my doctor and everyone on here has said it will happen. My question is how long do you need to take Tamoxifen at 10mg - 20mg daily? And will it actually reverse the breast growth or just stop it

Anybody had multiple surgeries to remove endo, then total hysterectomy?
I'm trying to get some advice from any ladies who have had multiple laparoscopies to remove endometriosis and then ended up eventually having a total hysterectomy (uterus + ovaries removed). How did you decide when it was enough and then decide to have the hysterectomy? At what age did you decide on

VERZENIO question
Anyone taking VERZENIO and having hair problems. My hair is like straw with kinks. Nothing I have tried helps it. They tell me that my hair follicles are distorted because of the meds I am on. Does anyone taking Ibrance or VERZENIO have this problem. I have finally resorted to a wig. I also take

My Intermittent Bicalutamide mono therapy
Following PSA recurrence in late 2014 I've been treated by bicalutamide 50 mg. In Sept 2020 we decided to give a break and stopped all medication (bicalutamide and tamoxifen). At that time my PSA was 0.02 and testosterone only 58. Note that tamoxifen is causing my T level to go down. Anyway, I am

I have returned from MD Anderson! The doctor say she wouldn’t give me IV Chemo until I tried all oral Chemo first, she would do exemtense first then taxol, but taxotere last. She also stated my liver is functioning just fine and there are more options if taxotere doesn’t work. I do have a lot of mixed
