For those who pray, please pray for me. I have faith, will always have faith but don't know where to go from here. I have been on several treatments last three and a half years. Taxol was effective, cancer markers went down, progression slowed way down, seemed to be causing neuropathy, decided to be on Tamoxifen for a couple months. Pet scan was on Wednesday, results came back as my having some progression. I talk with oncologist next week, I will talk with her about options. I am a fighter, don't want to give up. There are most likely other options, I feel discouraged. Take care everyone, where I live it is hot. I work part time, it keeps me active.

Susie, I will pray for you. I believe that God knows us and our hearts. This is a tough disease. He is there to help us through. God bless you, and I pray your scans will show improved or stable disease. 🙏Kate
Hi SusieYou are in my prayers. It is such a challenge. Each day we have is a gift from God yet some days it’s hard not to future trip. Praying they are able to recommend a new line of treatment that is effective and provides a good quality of life. Sending you love and prayers. 💕🙏. Esther
Susie, I believe in the power of positive thinking and affirmations such as those from Louise Hay. Here is the one for cancer. “I lovingly forgive and release all of the past. I choose to fill my life with joy. I love and approve of myself. “
Check out the app “Heal Your Body A-Z”. Whenever I’m feeling down about having MBC I try to chant this affirmation. Don’t give up. I will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Please know that there are many of us out here hoping for good news for you. FYI, I live in the Sacramento area and it is unbearably hot! I find it zaps my energy! Stay safe and cool. Best regards, Geri
Be encouraged God is able! Keep your faith I know it’s hard. I’m on edge with every new symptom and test result I get. My blood pressure is way up during my appointments but try not to waste a day of worrying. Fight fear with faith!
Keep pushing on
PS I’m speaking to myself while speaking to you.
I will pray for you
Hi Susie I am sorry to hear you are facing progression, but I feel certain that this time next week you will be feeling more at ease. Sending you lots of positive thoughtsClare
Hi Susie, to Clare's from the U.K., I'm adding a freightload of positive thoughts for you from Canada. Your conversation next week may well indicate that the progression is not as bad as you're thinking, and the next step in your treatment will be much more helpful than you realize. Warmest of wishes, Cindy
But you must have faith, I started with bone metastases, and took faslodex, but there was a great progression and my metastases reached the brain and liver. So in February they radiated my brain and they switched me to chemo,( Caelyx) and right now I don't have metastases in the brain and the ones I have in the liver are reduced.
I know that if this fails again there are more than ten possible alternatives that can help me, so you must have faith, and know that you are not alone and that you can move forward.
Dear Susie, I am not religious, but I have faith. I believe that miracles happen. I believe that having faith will carry you on successfully. We live in wonders times in terms of medicine: there is hope, there are treatments, and no one can take away your fighting spirits from you. Believe. I believe. I am praying for you my Secular way. I remind myself daily that this is about life, and the fight to keep a happy spirit, the fight to believe - because this is a fight that you can win.
I hug you and send you courage. Be strong, be happy.
The unknown is frightening. Once you have a consultation with your oncologist, you will know so much more. Hopefully, knowing the path ahead will lower your stress level, allow your peace of mind to take over and you will get back on with your good life . You have been doing so well and you know that we are all rooting for you.XXX OOO
I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers, Susie, as I do the many women on this site. Please keep fighting, try to stay as positive and strong as possible and continue to have faith. I hope that your oncologist has some promising news for you and a treatment that will stop any further progression and not cause a lot of side effects. Sending you some prayers and hugs.
Sister/Warrior, and yessss Over-comer I pray, and ask you to keep the faith that our GOD will provide the perfect treatment to remove what GOD does not want in the perfect temple he gave you. 😇 Remember cancer didn't create this universe, and every living thing in it. Nothing is to big for GOD. Keep the faith my sister/warrior, and I iterate Over-comer.🙏😇 XoXoXo
God bless you, Susie! I do pray every night for all of us, and you are always included! May God shine His healing light on you and help to calm the anxiety that is present so much of the time. All of us are so empathetic; as we share this unpredictable journey. Love to you!
Sending prayers from Australia dear Susie and best of luck when you see the docs. Not knowing is one of the hardest things but keep the faith. Sending lots of love x
