gynecomastia and nipple pain

I am experiencing some gynecomastia from taking anti-androgens as mono-therapy. This is not unexpected as my doctor and everyone on here has said it will happen. My question is how long do you need to take Tamoxifen at 10mg - 20mg daily? And will it actually reverse the breast growth or just stop it from getting any worse?

20 mg will reverse it. Take until it is reversed. 10 mg will prevent it.

My tits are gorgeous.... except my nipples do hurt....In fact one time the doc sent me for a mammogram.... No b.s. was embarrassing......

Negative.... but the woman technician was playing with them..........(but I did I charge her)...
